Expression of Interest to Develop a Management Information System for the Mutual and Inter-related Resilience Programme (MIRP)

Closing date June: 1, 2020

ICCO with support from their partner Act Church of Sweden is implementing the Mutual and Inter-related Resilience Programme (MIRP) funded by Embassy of Sweden for a period of four years (2019-2023) in Kyangwali refugee settlement and the local host population of Kikuube district. TheProgramme aims to ensure that rights-holders achieve resilient communities and experience increased economic self-reliance and psychosocial well-being.

It is a multi-sectoral Programme being implemented using a triple nexus approach exploring how humanitarian, development and peace-building can be linked-up in order to operate in a more complementary manner targeting both refugees and host population in line with the strategy for Sweden’s development cooperation with Uganda 2018-2023.

The MIRP is being implemented by Lutheran World Federation, Action Against Hunger US and Norwegian Refugee Council. A Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework will be used to track how Programme activities are translating into outputs and eventually outcomes. This is done by collecting, analyzing and visualizing data on all the activities, outputs and outcome indicators. Therefore, huge amount of monitoring data will be collected, analyzed, visualized and reported on quarterly basis by the three implementing partners (LWF, ACF and NRC) thus necessitating the adoption of a management information system to support data management in terms
of collection, analysis, visualization and reporting on the Programme performance.**¨Abridged invitation for expression of interest for Development of a Management information system for the Mutual and Inter-related Resilience Programme (MIRP)¨**
